|Abstract:||Research objectives are; 1) To compare moral behavior of Rajabhat Universities’ students categorized by gender, age, year and university 2) To investigate the way to improve moral behavior of Rajabhat Universities’ students. , The sample of this research are students of six Rajabhat Universities in Bangkok during the first semester of 2012 academic year : 1) Chandrakasem Rajabhat University 2) Dhonburi Rajabhat University 3) Bansomdej Chaopraya Rajabhat University 4) Phranakorn Rajabhat University 5) Suan Dusit Rajabhat University 6) Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The target populations of this research are 420 students. Moreover, 5 rating scale questionnaires were adopted as a tool for research while the reliability is 0.830. Statistics average, percentage, standard deviation, t-test and One-Way ANOVA were used for the analysis. Research Result 1) Rajabhat Universities’ students have moral behavior at high level (= 3.78), and the study found that students have high level moral behavior in all dimension including diligence, honesty, patience, justice, responsibility, discipline and sacrifice, but except economical behavior which is in moderate level. 2) Difference gender of student has difference level of moral behavior. Female rather has high level of moral behavior than female. The level of statistical significance is 0.5 3) The students who are in difference age appeared to have moral behavior at same level in all dimension. 4) The students who are in different year appeared to have moral behavior at same level in all dimension. 5) Student in six Rajabhat Universities has difference level of moral behavior as the level of statistical significance is 0.5. When consider in each dimension the study found that students have the difference level of diligence, patience, justice, discipline and sacrifice and economical behavior as the level of statistical significance is 0.5. 6) Students have opinions on the way to improve Rajabhat Universities students’ moral behavior as follow: First, to improve everyday life in society, students suggest that developing discipline, responsibility and honesty is needed. Second, to improve the teaching scheme, students suggest that lecturers should add a moral principle in contents when teaching. Third, in holding moral supported activity, students suggest that university should create the activities which support the build of moral behavior in student frequently. Fourth, to improve professional ethics, student suggests that university should support the activities which lead to the awareness of professional ethics.|
