|Title:||A Development of Quality Management Process of the Internal Quality Assurance Procedures of the Basic Education School.|
|Abstract:||The objectives of the study were to design and develop the management of internal quality assurance process for the basic (primary) education institutions, to monitor and evaluate the feasibility of the process implementation, and to prepare a handbook for the operation according to the internal quality assurance process developed. A target population included 14 management officials from 14 schools from 10 primary school districts as well as high school districts in Samut Songkhram province. A questionnaire was used as a data collection tool. The statistic analysis tools included percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The study results were 1.The majority of basic education management officials were males between 51 - 60 years old with educational management experience between 5 - 10 years. The majority had an average level of internal quality assurance knowledge which implied an ability level to be a trainer. The implication of the internal quality assurance had been practiced within the basic education system in the year 2011. It was found that some activities and some process were not clear. 2. The management of internal quality assurance process for the basic education institutions was comprised of one quality business process (QBP) and eight quality work procedures (QWP). 3. The process of management for internal quality assurance is effective and most of experts agree that the process is suitable and moreover, it was accepted by the management of Basic Education Institutions who participated in the research about the feasibility to implement in educational institutions. 4.The management of Basic Education Institutions who participated in the research has a consensus that the handbook is suitable and be able to implement in the educational institutions. 5. The management of Basic Education Institutions who participated in the research expressed the high satisfaction to the handbook of the process of internal quality assurance process for the basic education institutions in every aspect: The format is interesting and appealing, the context is clear and easy to understand, the context is up-to-date, and the context is also fit with the demand and practical.|
