Abstract: The objectives of this research were (1) to study correlation between the factors of students, teachers, school and the learning outcome according to Basic Education Curriculum B.E. 2551 of Mattayomsuksa 1 and 4 students (2) to find out the factors effected the learning outcome according to Basic Education Curriculum B.E. 2551 of Mattayomsuksa 1 and 4 students. The sample groups of this research were 190 Mattayomsuksa 1 and 4 students Demonstration School Suansunandha Rajabhat University who were studying in the second semester of academic year 2553. The tool of this research was the questionnaire about the factors effected students’ learning outcome that including with questions about the factors of students, family, teachers and school, had the fifth rating scale and 0.9358 of reliability. Multiple Regression analysis was used in data analysis. The study found that 1. The correlation between the factors of students, family, teachers and school and students’ learning outcome found that the learning outcome according to Basic Education Curriculum B.E. 2551 of Mattayomsuksa 1 and 4 had positive correlation with the factor of the students such as gender (X1), Achievement Motive (X3), learning attitude (X4) and the factor of family such as parents’ income. The correlation was .278 to .360 with .05 of significant. 2. The factors that had significant in learning outcome prediction according to Basic Education Curriculum B.E. 2551 of Mattayomsuksa 1 and 5 students found that there were 6 variables effected to learning outcome according to Basic Education Curriculum B.E. 2551 (Y) namely; Achievement Motive (X3), gender (X1), parents’ income (X8), parents’ attention (X10), study time (X5) and learning attitude (X4) with .632 of multiple correlation coefficient, .05 of significant and .400 of predicted coefficient (R2). It showed that 6 variables can be predicted 40 % of learning outcome. Predicted equation in raw score: Y’ = 1.788 + .354 X3 + .321 X1 + .079 X8 -.145 X10 - .124 X5 + .097 X4
