Abstract: This study was on “ Complete preparation for Family households And community In aging society of municipal district Salaya ” . This study aims to find families and communities where preparing to step into old age includes social, economic, health care, housing, existence for future. Also find issue of readiness preparation and solution. Using both quantitative and qualitative research, questionnaire to prepare readiness of households step into old age includes social, economic, health care, housing, existence for future, for elderly person age over 60 years old was prepared to step into old age phase at lower level in all areas \is value 1.5927 . Most of population in Salaya being at middle class to rather poor class . Most of elderly live with descendant, necessarily rely on their descendant.for living Suggestions ; Communities and state agencies concerned to accelerate awareness and preparedness for next aging group and emprasize to the children about giving honor and loyalty to the parent .Families should attend and look after their children to get good education and career, the stability of children life bring to ability to further look after their parent. For used questionnaire to prepare readiness of community leaders to step into old age, community leaders agreed to prepare at high level is 3.8310 .For the ability of management to prepare being at high level is 3. 5165. Collecting of qualitative data, individual in-depth interviews with community leaders .Nowadays, there are community activities every month. However the community leaders have big plan to step into old age phase but have not been done to action. So Cooperation of community members should be together as holistically. Set up clearly management team for elderly. Need ones who were mind – volunteer, self-sacrifice; work for community.
