Abstract: The purposes of this research were development and evaluation of a training course to promote learning activities of education students year 2 faculty at education Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University by multiple intelligences theory.Divided into 2 phases is performed. Phase 1 development of training courses to enhance teaching and learning of education students year 2 faculty at education by multiple intelligences theory. The principle objective of the course consists of training materials for training activities, media training, monitoring, measurement and evaluation. The evaluation result of training course by The experts found that the overall quality of the training course is in high level. Phase 2 to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to enhance teaching and learning of the education students year 2 faculty at education Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University by multiple intelligences theory. The training courses is used to improve to try the experiment. The education students year 2 faculty at education, which is derived from a random to a number of 152 people, a experiment was Randomized Control Group Pre-Test Post-Test Design Analysis of data using statistical t-Test with the software SPSS for Windows. The Result has shown that 1. Training courses to promote learning. The second year student of university education. The theory of multiple intelligences. According to the theory of Taba (1972) and multiple intelligences. 2. Training to promote effective teaching and learning. The second year student of university education. According to the theory of multiple intelligences. 2.1 The ability of teaching and learning by Multiple Intelligences. After training than before training. Statistically significant at the 0.01 level 2.2 The satisfaction of education students year 2 to a training course to promote learning activities of education students year 2 faculty at education Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University by multiple intelligences theory that the overall quality of the training course is in high level.
