Abstract: This research is exploratory, quantitative and qualitative research. The objectives of this research are 1) to study the level of environmental developing participation of riverine community to conserve diversity of bird species and riverine flora 2) to survey bird species and riverine flora in Bang Nang Lee Sub-district, Amphqawa District, Samutsongkram Province 3) to carry out the data of diversity of bird species and riverine flora for biodiversity conservation. The sample groups of this research are 237 people in five villages namely; Moo 1 Ban Klong Poh, Moo 2 Ban Klong Peng, Moo 3 Ban Klong Bang Kae, Moo 4 Ban Klong Bang Kae and Moo 5 Ban Klong Pongpang by Purposive sampling. In this research, the data is carried out by questionnaires, interview and filed survey about bird species and riverine flora in the area of three canals namely; Klong Bang Kae, Klong Pong Pang and Klong Bang Nang Lee. The data is analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The result of this study about the level of participation in environmental developing determination, environmental developing activities, benefit of environmental development and evaluation result of environmental development, in overview, is in frequency participation level. In survey of bird species and riverine flora, 53 bird species and 19 riverine flora are found in three canals. In Klong Bang Kae, There are more bird species and riverine flora than the others. There are 50 bird species and 19 riverine flora. According to the survey, it found that people along the canal banks have their ways in biodiversity conservation by canal cleaning and riverine flora conservation activities including with garbage picking, getting rid of Water hyacinth and hydrilla in the canal, Cork tree and Rhizophora apiculata planting and orchard with natural fertilizer.
