Abstract: This study is an Quasi – Experimental Research one-group pre-post test. The main aim of this study are Effectiveness of Thai Royal massage in Myofascial Pain Syndrome ’s Patients in Professional Experience Center Applied Thai Medicine The sample consists of 30 Thai Royal massage in Myofascial Pain Syndrome ’s Patients in Professional Experience Center Applied Thai Medicine. Data collection by interview and measuring flexibility of Myofascial Pain Syndrome ’s before and after receiving Thai Royal massage. Data was analyzed by descriptive statistics and Paired – Samples T – Test. The result indicated that : The level of Myofascial Pain Syndrome ’s after massage was significantly lower than before massage (P–value <0.001), respectively.
