Abstract: This pure research was an attempt to ascertain and discover the academic information to create knowledge about relation between Amphawa and Royal Court during the reign of King Rama I and King Rama II and Art relation between Amphawa and Royal Court during the reign of King Rama I and King Rama II by studying on Panel paintings at Wat Phummarin Kudi Thong and Wat Bang Khae Yai in Amphoe Amphawa of Changwat Samut Songkhram in current conditions. The findings of the study disclosed that there were close relations between Amphawa and the Royal Court during the reign of King Rama I and King Rama II, there was art relation between Amphawa and the Royal Court during the reign of King Rama I depending on Kudi Thong and the Panel paintings in Kudi Thong which were created by the royal artists in the order of Queen Amarindra of King Rama I at Wat Phummarin Kudi Thong and there was art relation between Amphawa and the Royal Court during the reign of King Rama II depending on the Panel painting in the abbot's cell, the Panel painting at the door of the arched entrance of the chapel and the other art objects in Wat Bang Khae Yai which were created by the royal artists in the order of Chao Phraya Wongsasurasakat(Sang Wongsaroj), Minister of Defense in the reign of King Rama II and the member of Queen Amarindra's family.
